There are times in our lives that play a major role in how our future is formed. During every stage of our lives as we grow and gain more experience in our personal and professional lives we may look back and think about certain events that stand out amongst others.
Many professionals in the eldercare field including us, often indicat that they once cared for their aging parents, sibling or even their neighbor and discovered a calling that propelled them into choosing this field as career. They often recall the challenges they faced while caring for their elderly and how their lives and the lives of their family were changed dramatically in the process.

Helping the elderly and their families in their journey requires solving multitude of problems including proper planning, search for resources, time management, risk management and conflict resolution. There are multiple variable involved that need to be considered and prioritized to ensure successful outcome with reduced risk as much as possible.
