Families often contact Reza during an overwhelming or time-sensitive transition. His role is to make the process more manageable—not simply by providing names of communities, but by learning what the older adult genuinely needs, researching appropriate options and helping the family evaluate them carefully.
Through ElderCare Sentinel, Reza remains personally involved from Care Discovery through community tours, admission and move-in. His support continues after placement with follow-up, advocacy and guidance when questions or concerns arise.
