I found Reza through a local community page. From our first initial conversation I knew we were in good hands. He really takes the time to understand our needs and narrows down the choices we have to obtain care. He really knows the ins and the outs of facilities and has the insider knowledge which is something I cant just Google to find out. We could not have gone through this process without him. I presented Reza a very difficult scenario, during very difficult times. Although it took some doing, Reza was relentless in his pursuit of suitable care for my parents and found a wonderful home with extremely caring professionals to provide the unusual care that was required. Reza did an excellent job of helping us find the perfect Senior Living Community for my father. He took us on several tours and listened to and responded to our feedback. We did not feel pressured in any way to choose a place and his advice was very much appreciated. It was also a relief to not get put on email/text lists from any of the places so we could make our own decision without be bombarded with advertising. Finally, after my father moved in, Reza visited him several times to make sure everything was going well and that his needs were being met. Reza made a difficult process so easy. It truly felt as if an angel had descended upon our lives when we started working with Reza Mir. My son and I had spent months trying to provide appropriate placement for my former husband when were referred to Reza. We were very overwhelmed at the time and desperate to find a safe, stable environment for our loved one. Reza was extremely caring and compassion from the moment we met him. He genuinely cares for his patients and their families. Additionally, he is extremely knowledgeable and connected in the community. Our family recently required assistance in finding a home for our mother to receive hospice in. Reza Mir was extremely helpful in helping us achieve our goal. Reza’s only concern was in helping us. He responded within 24 hours with multiple options, then allowed us time to visit each one and make our decision. We could not be happier with the results. My mom passed away suddenly and my dad needed help taking care of himself. I was referred to Reza Miraghaie from one of the assisted living places we had driven past before. Reza was wonderful at locating 3 suitable assisted living options for my dad and visited the places with us - he was patient, punctual, caring, and encouraged us to ask the right questions, and did not allow us to get pressured by the sales people. He took his time to make sure scheduling was easy, and facilitated conversations between us and the companies. We ended up choosing a great place and Reza stopped by to visit my dad after he was settled. We recommend Reza 100% - he is an absolute professional and has valuable industry knowledge. FYI his services are free of charge, and his commission comes from the assisted living company, if you end up choosing one of the ones he refers to you (but he makes clear that there is no pressure whatsoever).

A couple months ago I was looking to change my brother from his residency at a large assisted living program to a smaller board and care that would be able to provide a higher level of care for him. He is 78 years old. He has had cerebral palsy since birth and for his entire life has had difficulty walking. As he grew older this has become increasingly difficult. After a hip fracture and prepare 2 years ago he has not been able to walk at all and has required a very high level of care. Reza and his company came to the rescue. The service he provides is very personalized and does not use a cookie cutter approach toward placement. He really got to know my brother to understand him and his specific needs. He screened for the three best possible placements for my brother, and he hit it out of the ball park. He does remarkable work in that that he really knows the placement options that he presents. The options have been thoroughly screened and are confirmed reputable, caring, and of high quality. Before I even went to visit the places, Reza had been given permission to present my brothers case to them to enable them to confirm that the placement would be a good match. We chose a wonderful placement which was very careful to be certain that it would be a good fit. I cant imagine a better place to live over the one that Reza connected us to. It is awesome, and the owner and staff are incredibly caring and attentive and human intheir interactions with my brother. The owner is very vigilant to my brothers needs, and we communicate on a daily basis to keep abreast of and to tend to his changing medical needs. I previously made use of A Place for Mom, and they were good, but they are no comparison to the personal service given us by Reza. While A Place for Mom gave me a list of possible residences to visit, Reza personalized and physically participated in the process. Reza thoroughly screened and made contact with residences before I had contact with them myself. Also, while A Place for Mom did arrange appointments for me to visit, they did not otherwise engage in the visitation process, whereas Reza was present and participated along side me at each possible residence that I visited. He was a great support and helped me sort through things to Consider as I strive to find the best placement for my brother. And after my brother was placed, Reza later dropped by to see my brother and to see how he was doing. He said he wanted to give my brother something after my brother settled in. My brother asked for some ice cream, and Reza some days later dropped by to again check in on my brother and to bring him the ice cream he had requested. Reza provides an awesome, sensitive, caring, and highly personalized service. The service he provides is awesome. If for some reason my brother had to again move, Reza is the only person I would choose to go to for help.

Reza is an angel on earth! He guided me during a VERY stressful time with my father who needed to be transported from the hospital in Orange County to Ventura County. At the same time my mom was going through radiation treatment for cancer (a separate situation). Reza kept me calm and grounded through out the whole process. Not only did he help me find board & care for my dad but Reza's network and resources cover A-Z and assisted in finding me an excellent elder care/estate attorney as well as other resources needed in guiding the situation along. Reza went above and beyond, even came to visit my dad all the way up to Simi Valley to make sure he was doing well. Reza is in his integrity, honest, genuine, and is in it for all the right reasons. I was given Reza's information from the hospital where my grandmother was staying. My grandmother has dementia and we needed to find an assisted living facility specifically for people with dementia. I called Reza not knowing what to expect. Reza makes you feel very comfortable and he knows exactly what he's doing. Reza was recommended to us when we were in total crisis mode. We needed urgent assistance with placement of both our mother and father (at the same time} into a care facility.
